Advance Organizer

What is it?

An advance organizer can be used by student to organize and interpret new information.

What are the benefits?

Advance Organizers help guide students through their learning prep prior to attending a lab or class. Alternately, it can be used as a supplemental resource to a lab, textbook, or website. It helps to bridge the gap between what the learner already knows and what he or she needs to know.

Help learners organize ideas and communicate more effectively. Can use to structure writing projects, to help in problem solving, decision making, studying, planning research and brainstorming.

What are the benefits?

Great way to help students generate non-linguistic, spatial, or colourful representation of a topic.
