Circle: Self

The circular learning process begins with an inner reflection, which will be revisited as you move through learning. Try circular learning for yourself and consider your current teaching practice. Once finished moving through the framework, revisit these thoughts on your teaching practice: What changed, what didn’t, and why?

While moving through the framework consider:

  • Your own personal skills/gifts and knowledge you bring
  • What your previous experiences in learning have taught you
  • How this relates to the way you teach now
  • How you intend to move forward in teaching
