Expectations

This section outlines specific policies and expectations for the learning environment.

These may include:

  • Participation in active learning strategies.
  • Attendance expectations as related to professional requirements.
  • Communication preferences (e.g., email, Teams, or DC Connect).
  • Expected response times, and frequency of checking messages.
  • Clinical/shop/lab expectations.
  • Any hour or completion requirements to meet vocational training.

This should not include:

  • Institutional policies or expectations in this section, as they are already included on the outline.
  • Information found in your program guide.
  • Information already covered in the evaluation notes.
  • Evaluation-specific information (e.g. late policies, missed work, etc.). This should be in the evaluation notes section.

Note

This section should not conflict with existing DC policies.
