Experiential Learning What is Experiential Learning Experiential Learning (EL) is a teaching and learning method aimed at providing learners with authentic learning in a workplace environment that is embedded in program curriculum. Durham College offers a range of experiential learning opportunities as a formal component of a program of study; examples include field placements and co-operative education.
