An event designed around self-discovery, creativity, and building meaningful connections.

This event is in partnership with Campus Recreation and Campus Health and Wellness Centre run through our Better Together Series (BTS) open to both Ontario Tech University and Durham College Students.

You will not only have an opportunity to expand your artistic skills but also will gain valuable insights into the importance of meaningful leisure pursuits, its impact on your health and wellness, and how creating social communities are foundational for fostering meaning and purpose in your life. This event combines recreation and health and wellness education to deepen your understanding of your self, and others while having fun of course.
