Students compare the latest software technologies, such as CRM (customer relationship management) applications and analytics. Through use of these technologies, students evaluate how technologies are utilized in managing business-to-business marketing programs, including email campaigns, campaign development, and campaign design. In addition, students use technologies to monitor client activities, prospects, leads, KPIs, revenue, margin, and establish a 360-degree view of their sales territory and sales organization for planning purposes. Finally, students demonstrate their capabilities through case studies and demonstrations.
