The course International Market Entry Strategies, through interactive lectures, case analysis and discussion, examines the market entry options and most effective entry strategy and strategic partnerships that will lead to success. In order to develop International Markets this course provides students with an understanding of global strategic needs, understanding barriers to entry and distribution issues, dealing with agents and distributors, considering partners, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and designing exit strategies.
