This course teaches students the fundamentals of marketing automation, it's various forms, and how to use experience design to bring it all together. Students will learn how marketing automation is used to identify, engage, and convert customers through timely delivery of highly personalized content, brand messaging, and special offers; using the latest digital, big data and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
